Engaged : Sonya & Connor

Sonya & Connor were  married this past weekend in Rittenhouse Park in Philly, but since they live in Brooklyn and work in New York, we decided on Brooklyn Bridge Park, The Meatpacking District and the Highline for their engagement session.  Despite being super adorable, they are both pretty shy, so on the busiest Saturday in New York I've ever experienced, we pushed through the crowds and managed to steal a few private moments for some sweet photos. Engaged : Anne & Larry

Meet Anne & Larry. They met, work and live in Baltimore, so it was only natural that we chose Charm City for their engagement photos. We started in Fells Point and made our way around to the Inner Harbor and Federal Hill Park on a very hot and humid Summer Day. But these two never complained, they were sweet and funny and total naturals in front of the lens, and we are over the moon to be photographing their wedding this upcoming December. We're crossing our fingers it won't be too hot, but here in the Mid-Atlantic, you never know!

 

Engaged : Abby & Gabi

Abby and Gabi are two very sweet, very down to earth people who are getting married at the end of June in D.C., and since they both live and work in NYC, we met up one sunny May afternoon in Central Park for some people watching, story telling and of course, engagement photos!

Engaged : Morgan & Joe

You know the saying, "Cold Hands, Warm Heart" ? Well, on this very windy & frigid Sunday afternoon in Valley Forge, Morgan and Joe exuded the kind of warmth of affection that makes me fall in love with weddings. Morgan is a tiny little bit of a thing, and a few times, I thought the wind might up and carry her away, but luckily, her fiance and all around nice guy Joe was there to keep her warm, grounded and full of sweet smiles. 

Engaged : Monica & Jeffrey

We've had a really mild Winter here in Delaware, and there have only been a handful of blustery, cold days, all of which have been days I've had outdoor shoots!  Despite the frigid temperatures and insane wind gusts, Monica and Jeffrey couldn't have been more incredible to photograph, and I cannot wait for their wedding this October. Hopefully, it'll be a warm Fall Day!

Engaged : Pam & Gary

Pam and Gary are such a fun, easy going couple, and they were nice enough to venture out to Longwood Gardens in the cold and rain for these engagement photos. Really looking forward to their wedding this Fall!

Angie and Adam are a dream to work with, super sweet, super nice, and up for anything. Oh, and they look like actors or models. But whatever. We spent some time hiking around an abandoned railroad station for these photos on a beautiful and warm October afternoon and managed to get some really gorgeous late afternoon light for our photos.

Engagements : Liz & Mark

Meet Mark and Liz. This adorable couple are getting married in January, and we are really hoping for some soft, pretty snow. No blizzards or hail, just the really pretty stuff, where you can still drive. On the day of their engagement shoot, the weather was supposed to be sunny and 70. It ended up being dreary and around 50, and despite the leaves on the ground being brown and the leaves on the trees being green, we didn't let the weather stop us from snapping some sweet, simple engagement photos.
