A LOT of people tie the knot in Vegas or Atlantic City, so why not do it up right in chic, sophisticated style. Get creative with playing cards by incorporating them into unique bouquets or boutonniere's, give decks of cards or poker chips as favors, mix some glitter and glitz into the decor or cake. Great Grooms Gifts could be playing card or casino inspired cuff links-which can also double as wedding day accessories for the guys. Have the girls don gorgeous red gowns with beautiful bracelets and baubles. If you want to start the party off right, make cocktail hour a throwback with a some casino games and a little old school Vegas decor-think Rat Pack or Oceans 11. You can continue the fun with table games at the reception, which will keep all the guys happy while the ladies dance the night away! And of course, be sure to send the right message with Milkmaid Press' Black Jack Invitations!

Mid Century Mood
I fantasize about moving, and depending upon the house we find, that'll determine how we decorate. A few months ago, we saw a Mid-Century home in the woods and that got me to thinking...

Jubilee Weddings : Lynn & Josh
You might remember the gorgeous Lynn and handsome Josh from their Engagement Session a few months ago, so it's no surprise that their wedding day was absolutely flawless, on a warm, late October Saturday.
The reception was at the beautiful Merion Tribute House in PA, and it yielded some really pretty locations for our portraits. I love the girls deep aubergine dresses-and luckily the weather was rather warm!
One of the highlights of Lynn & Josh's wedding HAD to be the Father Daughter dance. They started sweetly, and then progressed into a hilarious choreographed routine that will go down in history as the most awesome wedding dance I've ever witnessed. It was hard to photograph through the tears of laughter!

Jubilee Weddings : Megan & Joe
Megan and Joe were married in Rehoboth Beach on October 16th, and I must say, they know how to throw a party. They also know how to make each and every person feel like a long lost friend, and I want to thank Megan, Joe and their friends and family for being so amazing, warm and welcoming.
Megan also showcased her crafty side, creating not only her own gorgeous all vintage brooch bouquet, but all the bridesmaids pinecone bouquets.
The next day, we took some time to do more portraits, complete with the couples favorite, grilled cheese sandwich. I love how Joe feeds Megan, then takes the best part! Her face is priceless, and their wedding will forever be etched in my memory as one of the most amazing celebrations I've had the pleasure to photograph.
